Hi, I’m Phon.
I was the bookworm who had no idea how to turn a passion for words into a career. I started with zero prior experience and pure determination. And earned my way into publishing school, landed a senior role at a major publishing house—and then walked away from it all.
Not because it was easy, but because I wanted something of my own.
Admittedly, I hit every roadblock along the way… Not knowing where to start, doubting myself, and having no mentors or resources to guide me in creating an editorial business.
So I built Edit Republic. And then I shared it with you.
